Job Description:

This person is passionate about co- leading and developing the Willow McHenry church staff and partnering with the Senior Pastor to establish ministry goals and coaching plans for each ministry director and team. This person will create and deliver customized leadership development items pertaining to the strategic plans, conduct performance reviews, and manage the hiring process for staff roles. In addition, this person will research, develop/select and implement Spiritual Formation tools and programs to further develop and deepen both Willow McHenry’s family and individual members’ personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This person would also serve as the primary leader and pastor for Willow McHenry when the Senior Pastor is not present.
