Job Description:
Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church is a Protestant Christian church in Los Alamitos, California. Located in Orange County, California and is currently looking to fill the position for a Director of Children's Ministries..

Our Mission: GSPC exists to Welcome people to faith in Jesus Christ, Equip them with a faith that works in real life, and Send them into the world to make a difference in Jesus' name.

GSPC is looking for an experienced and energetic Dir. of Children's Ministries to join with the entire staff team in the adventure of ministry.

The person we seek will be a growing disciple of Jesus Christ with a sense of purposefulness, enthusiasm, and commitment to teamwork.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for ministry to children and parents and values marriage and family relationships.

It is important that this person be able to plan, coordinate and carry out activities that:
1) foster spiritual formation in children,
2) provide opportunities for children to serve others, and
3) to help equip parents to nurture faith in their homes.

God is opening new avenues of ministry to children and families through GSPC and we hope to call a person who has a vision and passion for honoring God through these ministries.
