Job Description:
Grace Community Church is looking for a person that is about Christ's mission to influence and reach the NEXT generation. We trust that God has prepared your heart and soul to be a primary leader and vision caster for the disciplemaking process with students in Middle School and High School. We are looking for someone who is intuitive about the youth culture, values working as a team, demonstrates the ability and passion for personal and corporate evangelism, can coach/train/equip volunteer leaders, and paid staff. Has excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and large group, and can administrate and manage ministry and life in a large church setting. This person will work directly with the Sr. Pastor and the Ministry Team Pastor.
