Job Description:
The Worship Arts position is full-time and includes leading worship on Sundays and Wednesdays, conducting practices, scheduling, recruiting, as well as overseeing the areas of technology and drama. In addition to these responsiblities this position requires a person(s) to oversee two existing seasonal events per year (Christmas Eve a one-hour service combining carols w drama to tell the Christmas Story in a traditional and / or non-traditional way and a dinner theater on Good Friday lining up Christian artists in areas like music or comedy) to reach into the community. We are open to this portfolio expanding and / or modifying over time as a new Worship Arts Pastor assimilates into BAG.

At Brighton AG (BAG) it is an expectation that all staff members view themselves as part of a team versus their portfolio only (isolation). This means that at various times (about 4 per year) there will be all-church events that require team members to collaborate and help one another to ensure that effectiveness in ministry occurs. Regular office hours are required each week by all team members. BAG is a high energy environment that is committed to Christ and connected to its community.
