Job Description:
Bible Fellowship Church is a wonderful opportunity for ministry. We are a visitor friendly, biblically focused faith community in the beach town of Ventura, California. The average attendance at Encounter, our worship service, along with programs for children and youth is approximately 1300 per weekend. We are looking for a proven leader in Community Life (adult ministries), especially small groups, with a passion to reach pre-believers balanced with discipleship. Primary strengths include ability to develop leaders and teams, desire to help people discover a pathway of connection into authentic Christian community,
