Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate worship leader ready to lead the next generation in southern California into worship of God. This person must have an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and love seeing people come to know Him and live for Him. Pomona First Baptist (PFB) is a large, evangelical, Bible-based, inter-generational church in Pomona, California. PFB is a 5,000 member church with an average weekend attendance of around 3,000 worshipers per weekend. We are looking for a dynamic leader, who is musically gifted (this person needs to be able to read music, lead a band, and have a comprehensive musical background), and loves seeing people go crazy worshiping God! This position will lead worship teams for our 11:11 Sunday morning contemporary service and our Sunday evening, next generation worship gathering called the Rising.
