Job Description:

River of Life Student Ministries is looking for a gifted, energetic, and passionate individual to assist with our rapidly growing student ministries with an average Wednesday night attendance of over 275. This person will report to the Student Ministries Pastor and have an in depth understanding of student ministry relevant to our ever-changing culture. This person will be responsible for recruiting, training and leading the Student Worship Team. This person should be organized and able to effectively communicate God’s Word and apply it to the students of this generation. This person will have the ability to recruit, train, and empower adult and student leaders. Must have a genuine passion for reaching the hearts of hundreds of teens for Christ in the Elk River and surrounding communities and see them discipled in their faith. This person will be comfortable working within a ministry based upon a cell group model. Must have at least two years professional student ministry experience in a growing ministry.
