Ministry is booming at New Venture Christian Fellowship! We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Pastor to join our ministry staff!
At New Venture, the Executive Pastor is a uniquely equipped leader with a hand on the pulse of the people and pastors and the unique ability to realize broad vision through practical application. Through strategic leadership, the Executive Pastor will implement departmental objectives that facilitate the mission, vision, and strategy of NVCF as set forth by the Senior Pastor and ministry leadership. In the words of a Los Angeles area EP, “Great accomplishments begin with a compelling vision, but become reality through daily choices.” To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have a background in Church Growth dynamics and the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of a ministry’s strategy, structure and systems, and in turn, develop and employ the processes that ensure continued growth, influence and impact within the church body and surrounding region.

New Venture Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in the community of Oceanside, North San Diego County. REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
• Passionate celebration and ownership of the vision, mission, values and purposes of New Venture Christian Fellowship.
• Bachelors or Seminar Degree.
• Minimum five years of ministry leadership experience at an executive level.
• Preference given to candidates with large church related experience.
• Knowledge of Church Growth Dynamics.
• Administration of structure, systems & processes, organization and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of spiritual maturity.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
